“I Will Never Leave Thee Nor Forsake Thee”

Deut 31:6 “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” (KJV)

God has not forgotten you, no matter what you face.
Even in the lion’s den, God’s hand was there in grace.
All trials have their purpose, if we will trust God’s care.
They bring faith to others by proving God is there.

Other people are watching and our actions speak out loud.
Those witnessing our trials, God says are like a cloud. (Hebrews 12:1)
Darius, the mighty king, could see the hand of God.
By Daniel’s testimony God’s name was spread abroad.

God may allow a thorn that brings us pain and aches.
Trust His almighty wisdom, for God makes no mistakes.
Paul had his many trials.  They’re written in God’s Word.
God’s grace is all sufficient, of this we are assured.

Our questions are but human.  We sometimes wonder why.
God may withhold the answer till we’re with Him by and by.
But trust in His wise purpose and spend much time in prayer.
You’ll find as He has promised that He is always near.

John 14:16&18 “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter,
 that he may abide with you for ever…I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
