Congrats to the person of the week and congrats to you Kathleen for the the anouncements. And to all my friends at ALP I send my love and best wishes to you all.

Some of you may have heard about our wildfires so far those that died in the fires stands at 210 with over 2000 houses burnt and there are still 30 people missing the fireball was at 1200-1400 degress celcius not fahrenheit. and this does not include the fauna or native animals and most of the fires were deliberately lit. But I do have a friend that lost her daughter and grandchildren in the fire. And yet it is still burning and we have been told that this coming weekend will possibly be another black Saturday.

So is it possible that you guys could pray for us for we need rain.

Yes, we heard about that on the news, that's awful for your friend and your entire country.  I'm an animal lover, I feel for the outdoor animals, I feed everything in my backyard!  I remember crying about 9-11-2001 when the news said there were lots of pets who were locked in at home by themselves waiting for their owners.  I'll pray for rain for you, we have tons of snow here, getting warm enough to rain tomorrow, then back to cold again.
