our pH
What can we do to insure a proper pH balance in the body? Diet is
probably the single most important factor in maintaining a proper pH
balance. To assure a proper pH balance, avoid consuming excessive
amounts of meat, alcohol, soft drinks, caffeine, coffee, most nuts,
eggs, vinegar, sauerkraut, ascorbic acid, cheese, white sugar and
medical drugs. Instead, eat more ripe fruits, vegetables, bean
sprouts, water, milk, onions, figs, carrots, beets, and miso.
