EVEN SO, SEND I YOU
John 20:21 “Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you:
as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.”(KJV)

The Lord left us no question as to what we are to do.
“As My Father hath sent Me, even so send I you.”
Christ came as a servant to do the Father’s will.
We too are called as servants and thus God’s plan fulfill.
But more than just a servant, He is our sacrifice.
Here’s where many falter. They will not pay the price.
Others must see Jesus by how we speak and live.
Christ gave for us His all. Is this the way you live?
Christ calls us to be soldiers, strong men of discipline.
He gives us all the armor to stand and fight and win.
We’re all called to the battle, though some live as on leave.
They choose a life of comfort, this causes God to grieve.
We’re sent forth too as saints, as set apart to God.
Being separate from the world, they think that this is odd.
Be willing then as servants to sacrifice your all.
As soldiers and as saints, to obey the Master’s call.
