RELOCATING / MOVING TO THE PHILIPPINES?
1/17/2009 8:55:37 PM

Are you a foreigner from say USA, Canada, UK, Australasia or any other english-speaking country, who wishes to relocate to the Philippines, buying a house and/or getting married to one of the beautiful girls here??

We can assist you with buying your house and marriage. I am British, lived in New Zealand for 3 years but upon meeting my filipino wife decided to move lock, stock and barrel to the Philippines. Its very different here. We offer communication in english, rather than having to deal with a filipino real estate agent who MAY speak broken english.

What I have found is they usually understand english, but they cannot express themselves because english is not their first language, Tagalog is. This causes confusion and leads to a breakdown of communication. This isnt a criticism of filipinos, its just a fact.

We can and will find the right house for you with no hassle. Our own area is Tagaytay, about 2 hours drive from Manila, 1200 feet above sea level and a damn sight cooler also. No mosquitoes either. Its green and very pleasant, lots of foreigners live there because its cooler. Manila, for instance, is heaving with people and traffic and heat. Its a place to avoid. Tagaytay on the other hand, is quiet and peaceful and has lots of scenery and great housing on offer.

The Philippines is very different and takes a bit of getting used to, but it is worth the effort coming here. Your money also goes a long way here, thats why it is so appealing to foreigners. And, the girls are very beautiful and available......

Check out our full details in the website, www.relocationphilippines.com and see what you think....
