A Prepared Place for Prepared People

John 14:2 “In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so,

I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.” (KJV)

“I go to prepare a place for you.”

But to go you must be prepared too.

If heaven’s to be your home, dear friend,

There’s something you must comprehend.

God will allow no sin in heaven.

For it would grow like bread with leaven.

God sent His son as our sacrifice,

And Calvary became the price.

His precious blood was shed that day,

To fully wash man’s sin away.

Without the sacrifice Christ made,

Our debt of sin would not be paid.

This gift of God is offered free,

If by faith on bended knee,

You ask God to forgive your sin,

He promised He would enter in.

Don’t fear that God will cast you out.*

That’s what the cross was all about.

Christ died to cleanse your heart of sin.

Now will you ask him to come in?

*John 6:37 “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me;

and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” (KJV)
