Hello everyone! I am back home now and feel inspired today to dwell on this Day, or Age.....and what is the matter with it, and how we can see a bright day of tomorrow. (I apologize for the missing quotationmarks, putting slashes and arrows there instead. I do not know how to correct this and..>> is a quotationmark in this letter., Sorry.
As a Bahai I see the birthpangs of a New World Order. The whole Mother Earth and her earthlings are being born with even loader birthcries as each day is passing, there are the many floods, the earthquakes out there, all around on our little spot in the universe and within us. The latter ones being the worst, I believe. Because I know what it means to be afraid, I have told you I was, once.To be afraid is a kind of torture on the inside.And.... how can we start relying on each other again. Who is dangerous and who is a friend,that is the question.There are more lies around than dots from the worlds flies. Many people are more now than ever seeking guidance, being precisely that, afraid, seeking even spiritual pathways and along with this they also tell out the gross material needs and problems,getting overwhelmed. Among them some do understand that /we need this or that international institution to solve pressing and immediate global matters,... our national resources are not enough (I hear this on the radio, don\t you_... all the way from /how do we stop the overfishing to the frigthening global scarceness of clean sweetwater, to how do we prevent children soldiers being recruited, ...... but mankind is learning, with a lot of pain though, and do gather to resolve problems and reach agreements at the many world conferences, having to, being forced to do that. These are bright lights, in the darkness.There will most likely be more pains...but ...there is a wise old Chinese sign for crisis, consisting of both the sign for danger and for possibility. I am thinking of the crisises as one worldwide one, which is eating itself into all levels of society. But I also mean that we will all learn to see the world as One,precisely because we all share the same problems. This way, the hard way, we will understand that mankind is one.That, as Bahaullah proclaims>>Earth is but one country and mankind its citizens.>> and the youth of the world and youthful minds is the avantgarde here, understanding . So the crisis*es is a blessing in disguise, from the very beginning more than 100 years ago. And when Bahaullah said >>mankind is in danger>>
I believe I have to stress this growing insight as I have done before. This is in fact going on all the time, this painful schooling. That mankind is One, the insight of which is> Gods greatest gift to mankind. With this insight we will be able to make peace with all and every nation, respect each other,with it barriers will fall, prejudices will vanish,/ the long awaited Age of eternal Peace is at hand.We will learn to love mankind as the children of the All/Merciful/
Make a pause here and Just imagine, we, this generation, are the ones who are living at the time, DURING THAT VERY SPECIAL AGE foreordained through Jesus the Christ,- the Day of God, which is >>the Day of Grace>> and of great descicions.
Who has a better explanation of the state of mankind. Let us hear these words by Bahaullah, the Glory of God>
>>This is the Day whereon the Ocean of Gods mercy hath been manifested unto men, the Day in which the Day Star of His loving/kindness hath shed its radiance upon them, the Day in which the clouds of His bountiful favour have overshadowed the whole of mankind. Now is the time to cheer and refresh the down/cast through the invigorating breeze of love and fellowship, and the living water of friendliness and charity>>.

What does a new born little one do,... it cannot walk, it cannot chew,for it has no teeth, it cannot speak, it just makes energetic gestures, which the grown ups have to observe closely, to deschiffer, it needs special panties with absorbing paper in them. The child makes itself dirty, but without knowing it, of course, it plungs its hands into all sorts of dirty things, making itself dirty all over.It doesn\t understand that this is dangerousuntil much later.It really can get very ill, even die. So above all it is wholly dependent on guidance and care from loving parents.

Mankinds parents is the Creator, Who fully understands the stage which mankind has arrived at , and like the parent who knows and lays out plans for the child, so God lays out His eternal Plan for all mankind, which is His child.
This is a way of explaining the situation into which mankind has been plunged abruptly after periods of childhood during the prolonged age of stone age, then of teenage during, bronze age, iron age, the medieval ages, and finally slowly maturing into _
maturity, during our modern period.
I have taken part of a religion of God that illumines our mind, explains global processes, casting perspective on where we stand in history, and gives you a meaningful explanation of the disasters that afflict mankind now, so that one does not have to be afraid that mankind will perish and destroy herself, knowing particulars of the Plan of God Him(Herself. That one does not have to be down hearted looking out over the world, that puts its wounded,,hungry face on the TV screen. You will be able to uplift and gladden mankind instead, you will be able to always start anew from any point in life with the assistance of God and His new healthy prescriptions for the individual as well as for an ailing world.
There is soo much for you!You will be able to help building up global, divinely designed! institutions that can see to the needs we have, give the right advice and encouragement. In the future the Bahai institutions I am thinking of, the local and national spiritual assemblies, are going to be called Local and National Houses of Justice. So their goal is to act with justice, be in the service of Justice for all. Already certain governments are listening, wide ears, to the advices that are given by Bahais, appointed to be consultants( for political bodies, like governments for example(.. I heard this yesterday from one of my well informed friends in Gothenburg. Just like Bahai representatives are giving advice at the UN as a non/governmental consultative organization. And I have mentioned, I believe ,that our highest administrative body The International one, called The Universal House of Justice is already formed, (in the sixties(
The very First aid for mankind is to be uplifted in spirit, then we will see with clear eyes what God has had in store for us.

These thoughts came to my mind now<. There is no such great perspective that we cannot think of yet another greater one. The atstronauts have seen the earth from the moon in a great perspective, an outer perspective, but there is another great perspective, seen from within the realm of the spirit, and this is given by the Creator for this generation.. Go for it, my listening friends.
