Hi Bill.  Hi Jerilyn. 

I wish we could take a kitten.....but listen to MY story.

Hubby is self employed as a recycler.  He rents a small yard from "this guy" and there is a colony of FERAL CATS who live there. My husband feeds them every day. He has places out of the rain and elements for them to sleep.

He needs to get them all fixed cuz they are reproducing!  One of the cats had a batch of kittens.  I've been AFTER him to BRING THE KITTIES home so we can get them socialized. (we did this to 3 babies LAST YEAR. We caught  them, got them all happy & socialized. They got homes thru our Humane Society.)

Well my husband is being soooooo slow to get the newest batch of babies rounded up, brought to our house so we can get them all happy and socialized.

Bummer, our local Humane society has lots of cats now.  We will have to get them on a waiting list.

Now you know why I can't get your kitties.  I may end up taking one of our wild babies in.  Hope Sophie and Snickers will like their Christmas present!!!
