Have you ever purchased an electronic item to have it go out a day or two after the warranty expired? By that time, the retailer won't allow you to return the item. You try calling the manufacturer's customer support line and get the runaround for weeks and sometimes months. After finally talking to a supervisor/manager, you only find that they want to charge you an arm and a leg for shipping and labor fees and that you won't see your device for months!
What do i do!!!
