All you do is give it away (People can also go online and print out their own cards) and each time a cardholder fills a prescription, you earn a commission of Fifty Cents ($.50)! 

Example:

100 Prescriptions a month= $50 monthly*

600 Prescriptions a month = $300 monthly*

1200 Prescriptions a month = $600 monthly*

12000 Prescriptions a month = $6000 monthly*

When you personally sponsor other Drug Card representatives, you make Twenty Cents ($0.20), each time a cardholder fills a prescription. The more people you sponsor, the more you can earn!

Example:

100 Prescriptions a month = $20 monthly*

600 Prescriptions a month = $120 monthly*

1200 Prescriptions a month = $240 monthly*

12000 Prescriptions a month = $2400 monthly*

*Income figures shown are examples, of what can be made, once the cardholder/s continue to use the card.

The cost to join the program is $49.95 ($29.95 + $20 registration fee) for the first year and $29.95 a year afterwards.

NO MONTHLY FEES ARE ASSOCIATED WITH BEING A DRUG CARD REP.

Click HERE and go to Business 3, you would then scroll down to “Become a Rep for Drug Card" and select “click here” and it will pull up a PDF form that you will fill out and fax in.

The PDF Form will ask for:

UCA REP ID: This will not be necessary, unless you choose to become a UCA Rep by choosing Business 1.
