Psalms 85 & 86

If Thy people repent of their sin;

“Wilt Thou not revive us again:”

“That Thy people may rejoice in Thee?”

Show unto us Thy tender mercy.

“Thou art good and ready to forgive.”

Give of Thy mercy that we may live.

Righteousness shall set us in Thy way.

As we follow Thee day after day.

May we learn of Thee; first in our youth.

“Teach me Thy way; I will walk in Thy truth.”

“Unite my heart to fear Thy name.”

Thy love and truth I will fully proclaim.

Bow down Thine ear for I am in need.

Only in Thee has my soul been freed.

I will praise Thee with all of my heart.

May I never from Thee e’er depart.

Turn and have mercy, Lord upon me.

Give of Thy strength to those who serve Thee.

Show unto me a token for good.

That I may know I have done as I should.
