I agree with the pastor's position and support the amendment in my own prayers.

With that said in a Obamanation those practices would be ok and the judges that made the law would have the final say.  Judges should intepret the law not make them, per the Constitution of the United States.

  It is a fine line we tread upon TODAY, isn't it?

Yes Jim, it is a fine line we tread on i agree, i also agree that with info like this and the understanding of how to correct the wrongs for future mistakes that we  make, that it will some how filter out these small print amendments we often oversee and come out with a stronger and better progress we need in America. Actually we already have the small print.  The Bible - In GOD We Trust.  What more validation is needed?
