SAFE.  SEALED,  SECURE

There is no power in Satan’s sphere,
To cause the Christian’s heart to fear.
As though through might or scheme he’s planned,
That he could tare us from God’s hand.

For this one thing the Lord made clear,
That He Himself is always near.
Christ said that He, make no mistake,
“Will never leave thee nor forsake.”

Once born again and from that hour,
We’re kept secure by God’s own power.
Would God be God if e’er so flawed,
That ought could take us from our God?

Signed, sealed, secure; the deed is done.
For God alone has made us one.
“Tis all God’s grace; His work alone.
That brings me safe to His great throne.
