Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:
1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.
2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.
3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.
4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example
5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work
So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. Ron has been with ALP since June 2006, so he is a veteran member. Ron is truly a very special person, he is positive and looks for the good in everyone. Ron is good-hearted and a true gentleman! Wow what an honour.
I am pleasantly surprised and thrilled to be featured in the Parade of Stars.
My name is Ron Kollee. I'm divorced, live in the village of Normandale, Ontario, Canada. I’m passionate about health, fitness, making new friends, personal development, online and offline marketing.
I have two daughters (18 & 22) that I am very proud of. They presently reside in Florida where they are attending college.
I grew up on a farm in the 50's with my father and five siblings.
I'm the middle child and our mother left us when I was five years old and my youngest brother was just a baby. It was very hard on my father and sister who was about 13 at the time and it was up to her to look after us and the house. No one has heard from our mother since she left and it's a mystery
that I hope to solve someday.
My friends, you do make a difference:
Sometimes it's easy to forget life will end one day. No one knows when that day will come. There are people in your life right now that need to know they are special. They need to know you love them and value them for what they have given to your life.
You can never go wrong by letting someone know they matter. EVERYONE has fears and doubts. Everyone has secret hurts. Everyone needs to know they are special.
Take the time today to make someone feel special. Tell them. Give a card. Write a note… Communicate it in whatever way is most natural for you. Their life will be richer for it and so will yours! You will be taking a huge step toward true success, and you will be changing the world along the way!
