Spinach Chicken Bake
10/13/2008 12:20:28 AM

I just found this recipe online. It sounds good enough to share.

Spinach Chicken Bake

2 Cups diced cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 10 oz. package frozen spinach

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

1 cup parmesan cheese

2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions:

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and parmesan cheese in a bowl.

Drain spinach and add to chicken pieces.

Add half the cheese mixture to the spinach and chicken mixture. Pat down into a baking dish. Pour remaining cheese mixture over the chicken mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Sounds like a good meal for cooked Chicken.  We always make enough for two meals when we cook meat.

Hi Shirley,

It is a good idea to cook enough meat for two meals, saves on preparation time and the mess we make cooking!
