My granddaughter made these in her cooking class in school and thought they were exceptionally good.
Breakfast Ring
1 Can Buttermilk Biscuits
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
Directions:
Combine sugar, nuts, and cinnamon in a bowl. Place syrup in a cereal-size bowl. Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of the sugar mixture in the bottom of a greased glass cake dish or pan. Dip each biscuit in syrup, then in the sugar mixture. Place in the baking dish/pan.
Microwave 5-6 minutes on medium power. Invert onto serving plate and serve warm.
