Hi Everyone, Over the past week, I have been advertising that we in Diamond Elite are committed fro the long haul. Well, many have responded by committing to our program for 3 months, 6 months and even 12 months. This is what Network marketing is all about! With commitment from our members, we show our members that long term residual is possible. Soon, we will be introducing a first in the industry. We will actually be showing you in your compensation plan, just who has committed to long term. you will see in your genealogy tree who has paid for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. This will build a stronger bond and commitment from members knowing that their business is building for the long term. I am so excited about the way this program is developing and the commitment from not only members but from the company owner and CEO, Mike Dutton. He is committed to putting up to $51,000 a month back into the development of the compensation plan as the membership gets larger and larger. Currently, he has invested over $10,000 back into the growth of the company with member incentives. We are are just over 6000 members now and the magic number is 10,000 to see the reinvestment of $51,000 (3000 members) a month. We expect to reach that goal by mid October or before. Now, although they are re-investing this amount, it does not mean that the company is going to build your business. this has been taken the wrong way unfortunately. This is the back filling process we talk about. What that means, is that the company will either assume positions or fill gaps in the company matrix with members. It is a 3 X 6 forced matrix but as you know, it triples in size level by level so it would be impossible for the company to build any matrix on its own.
