It's always encouraging to see a new campaign launched by you, Carl.  I'm not sure about this one item though:

1. All members will be responsible for a minimum of 3 personal signups starting the 2nd month. Month 1 is the pre-build.

We founding members who joined in the early summer aren't required to personally sponsor 3 people (which for a lot of us is good since that hasn't been easy). That's the reason a lot of us joined your team. I hope you don't change that retroactively. But for new members, how exactly is this requirement of signing others up going to inspire them?  For those in that group who can get 3 people on their own, what is the incentive for them to join a team?

Marilyn Williams had a good concept with her Pay it Forward method, which you said you don't like and that's your call.  But I have a suggestion that I ran by her a few weeks ago that you might want to consider for these new folks that can work with your existing format:  Stacking.   For those joining on your 6th level who are unable and / or unwilling to sponsor 3 people, would they also qualify with your team if they buy a 4-pack (which includes 3 positions under themselves)?  If so, then they would have to be willing to spend $80 / month, which if they're currently employed is easier to manage. 

I'm asking this because somebody I've been communicating might be interested, and I want to be able to answer him on this point correctly.  The only possible issue is your stating in the past that you can only build one position per person in your downline, and I strongly believe that's a contributing factor to what's been slowing down our overall progress.

Please understand that I'm not being negative here.  Just offering some constructive suggestions and trying to understand the modifications you've been making along the way.

Well Jeff, This is becoming tedious and and waste of my time. Everyone in business is required to do their share. Never have I said you were not required to get your 3. if you are wiating for me a or anyone else to get your 3 people, please reply back and I will gladly hand you your $20.00 back that you spent to join. At this point Jeff, you have shown me that you are not interested in building this business but rather interested in having it built for you. You put nothing but negative responses in this forum and it is really starting to make you look really bad. Anyone reading your posts will not likely join under you as you give the complete wrong impression of network marketing. Although you are a member of our team, at this point, i do not see you as a team player. It is now time that you prove to me and the rest of our team that you actually want to be here otherwise please refrain from posting replies that are only going to tarnish your reputation and not mine.

I don't feel your negative response was necessary, Carl.   And again....I'm not asking for my original $20 back.  In fact I just transferred $40 from Solid Trust Pay to my Pay It Global account to cover my next 2 months in GDE. 

As for not being a team player, I need a team before we can play.  Once I have the beginnings of a downline and a profit to share for it,  I'll communicate with those downline members. I'll welcome them to GDE and we'll try to come up with a way to help speed up the slow downline-building process.

You know I'm using Spin Success to promote the webpage you customized for me. I just renewed with them for another month, so hopefully it will start to get some traffic to my site.  So for you to say I'm not helping to build when I deal with that company is wrong (and I have the statistics from their first monthly report to me to prove it).
