Hi Friends,

I am not a member of ASD or Golden
Panda and have no opinion on this news
either way.

However I know many people in Adlandpro and
all over the internet ARE members of ASD.

The company and owner (this Andy dude) are
in some legal hot water right now.

The funds are seized, all ASD business
accounts are frozen and the owners assets
also have been frozen.

For those interested in this matter

However, if you go to their site,  it says, "Someone called the SID, or something, and Said that they were doign something illegal."  they said they willb e back very soon after the investigation.

For all of those posting on this, and other sites that ASD is a "Ponzi Scheme," I can say by reading these posts, that most of you don't even know the definition of a "Ponzi Scheme".  I am an attorney that specializes in marketing law and companies such as this, and have studied their business plan, policies, and procedures, and found ASD to be very solid, and perfectly legal.  This business is certainly not a "Ponzi Scheme."  ASD seems to be a victim of rapid growth in both profit and membership, and this resulted in overtaxing the website, which had to be upgraded, and panicked a few fringe members that thought their purchase funds were lost and alerted the Feds.  In addition banking institutions were alerted by huge amounts of money exchanging hands, even though all were legitimate transactions, even though ASD had just finished their huge web upgrade, but alerted the Feds anyway.  Once the agencies involved, complete their investigation, ASD will be back stronger than ever.....
