I will take your word on the LAZZEO COMMUNITY being a place to get into.  I did.  Thank you for posting.  It was Kathy's response to your post that got me to join. 

I think what made the difference for me was once again reading Kathy's about me on her profile.  It is so refreshing to read and I am sure I am going to go back and read it again, over and over again.

However, I want to disagree with you only slightly.  You said there isn't much free these days.  I think there is a lot of free stuff out there, but if you look at the motivation of the people or source of the free stuff, it gives you a clue as to the quality and true value of what it is. 

Most things that are free have upgrade opportunities.  LAZZEO COMMUNITY is no exception.  Upgrades are often a good thing.  I have upgraded on a lot of things including AdLandPro.
