It’s time again for one our favorite projects of the week and that is the Feature of The Week! It is one of our favorite projects because you folks and the POTW’s of the week make it a very special event. We are all so fortunate to be a part of this community that is made up of so many friendly and talented people.

Thank you so much for your support and for making this event so special.

The reason the Feature of the Week forum was created was to honor people who have a positive influence on this community.

To qualify the person has to be an active member
and one who contributes to the positive atmosphere here at AdlandPro. Here are the criteria for nominating a member for the Feature of the Week

(also referred to as the Person of the Week, POTW).

How Do I Get Selected as Person of the Week?

To be chosen as Person of the week you:

• Are highly visible on the community

• Are always seen as respectful, professional, and helpful.

• Must be nominated for the program by another member

of the Community and voted on by other members.

• Must have a real photo of themselves on their profile.

Here's Crystal Pennington's Bio:

Hey, this is so cool! I did not think I would be preparing my bio for the POTW, but I am and I appreciate it very much!

I'm a Mother, Musician and Internet Marketer.

I grew up in the small town of Parker Pennsylvania (north of Pittsburgh) with 2 brothers and 2 sisters. My Mother and Father have been married
for 32 years. I lived with my family in the parsonage nestled behind the Robinson Memorial Chapel where my parents have been caretakers of the
Chapel and grounds since I was 3 years old.

I have three awesome kids 5, 9, and 11. We moved to Jacksonville, FL two years ago. This has been a big adjustment and we miss our family back in
PA, but we do love our new home. I homeschool my children through the Florida Unschoolers Private School.

I have been writing music, singing and playing acoustic guitar for 15 years and appeared on the Record Row Review television show in Nashville, TN in 2005. I have been establishing a band here in Jax named DrowningBetty and still dabble with my solo project DaisyFields. Both
projects can be found on soundclick.

Fitness is also an important part of my life. I have recently began classes to get certified in Yoga and Areobics Instructing as well as my certification
as a Personal Trainer. I hope to complete each step in a timely manner. I am excited to be in the Fitness Industry and in an area of great popularity.

I have met my biggest marketing influences right here at Adlandpro. Team building has been the most influencial of all. I have gone from
a newbie, taking six months to get my "first" program sign up, to one of the top promoters in two programs, enrolling 1,000's IN six months! It's been a long 3 years of learning and personal development, but I'm here today and it feels good!! Don't ever give up!!
