Hey Folks.
No Ad's here today from me. Just some good ol' advice on getting 100 visitors to your blog in under 60 minutes. My time investment? about 30 minutes total prep and posting, and then referring to a few friends who helped me out.
After reviewing the hot news of the day, I grabbed onto an item that related to my niche and read up on it, grabbed a couple of links, an image..and went to work...
First off..take a look here: Marketing Search News and see what I did. It honestly only took me about 6 or 7 minutes to write the post!
Then I posted it to the blog, added the image I captured from the news article, entered my keywords and tags, and hit post!
Then I went to my StumbleUpon thumbs up on the page, and contacted a couple of friends and asked them to view the post and comment if they felt so inclined.
Even working here and making this post..I am developing a bit more traffic and LINKING!! (note the operative word! Linking)
If this was a product out for sale presently..I'd have a link in the sidebar telling people how they could get their OWN item..and my bet is I'd have a few sales for my effort.
Total time investment. 1/2 hour. Traffic to this point (1 hour after the post), over 100 unique visitors. Cost. $0.00
The beauty of it is..the keywords will start ranking me, because I've also done a Twitter, and a mention in FB, and soon to do a Hub, and of course here. Maybe I'll mention it in the Success Patrol forum too.. and the traffic will CONTINUE to be sent to the site.
The point is, ANYONE can do this..and it's not going to cost you a ton of money, and if you KNOW your niche market and have done the research and what keywords you want to rank for..this is a piece of cake to do!
