Wow, this is fun. I've been hearing about Twitter for a while and I have procrastinated taking a look at it.
I just did - take a look - and it took me about 45 seconds to join and post my first message.
You just post very short one liners about what you are currently doing and you can invite others to "follow you." You can even put a form at your website (in about 10 seconds) to allow people to see exactly what you are doing.

Why would you want to do that?
Well, along with posting a one liner about what you are currently doing, you can include a website address. For example, I just posted that I am preparing for a team training call I am doing tonight for one of my businesses and I included my website address. Think anyone might see it at Twitter when my update is posted?
