I cannot express in words how helpful you are to people, being a spokesperson for those in need, always with your ear in tuned to the wind in search of that faint cry for help, and you're feet are swift to respond...
... for me persoanlly, thank you for the reminders because in the fast pace of the day, I tend to drown out the noise around me to stay focused, and thus opportunities like this to help Belinda are not heard.
