Let me introduce myself. My name is Tom Wagner. I am a married Christian, father of two, grandfather of two, and great-grandfather of one. I also served in the United States Navy during the Korean war. I recently retired from corporate America after being an electrical engineer for 39 years. During those years I also owned and operated a tanning salon for 16 years as well as got started in the network marketing industry. I believe We all have been placed here on this earth for a reason. Mine is to help others. Having been born and raised in a Christian family (my grandfather was a minister), I learned from an early age how to get along with and help people. In particular, my family has received much of my help. My wife and I raised two families; our own and my daughter's. Now that my situation at home has changed, my focus is to help those that need my help with network marketing and how to be successful with a home business. All of my life experiences and particularly the network marketing years have groomed me for this important work. The philosophy that I live by has always been to obey the Ten Commandments and to do unto others as you would want others to do unto you. During my network marketing years, I have been associated with twelve MLM companies. Only three of those companies are still in business today and one of those is only in the pre-launch stage. I have experienced all the problems of businesses ruined by crooked or incompetent owners. To mention a few problems would include: compensation plans that make only a few rich, company policies and procedures that do not guarantee residual income for those that spend years building the business, and finally the tremendous lack of knowledge in the industry on how to train distributors to recruit and duplicate themselves for greater retention and residual income. If any of this sounds like some items that you have been experiencing, then you understand what I am talking about.
