Hi I live in the Wairarapa valley in New Zealand, I am married and have 2 daughters, I have been an acupuncturist for 10 years, and have a mlm businesses Stemtech,so I can slowly replace work for lifestyle, In 1999 I got Dengue fever from a mosquito bite in Sri Lanka while I was working in a hospital in Colombo became ill on the way home in Singapore where I was in the hotel room for 3 days and then in hospital for a further 7 days and lost 12kg from 82 to 70kg, 1 year after that I had some medication from the DR and it "burnt" the lining off the wall of my small intestine, since then I have had acupuncture Chinese herbs, homeopathy, natuopathy, macrbiotic, vegitable diets and raw vegetable juicing etc all helped a bit but nothing helpd sugnificantly and for 8 years have been on a restrictive diet as any spices, coffee or even a cup of tea would put me in bed for 2-3 days with stomach and intestinal pain and as such have not put any of my weight back on, and on occasion gone down to 68kg,my health was so poor that I needed my wife to walk with me around the block as I would become sweaty, get palpitations and feel faint , but over the first 4 months since being on SE I have gained 6kg because I can eat normal food again!
