This is a very good comparison. In 1983 The CDC Mandatory Vaccine Schedule was only 10 shots that contained a total of 30 vaccines

Dr. Yazbak is the only doctor who has researched the vaccine/immune system status in moms who subsequently have autistic children. --He offers a clear explanation for why children who are never vaccinated can still develop autism. What I like best, is that his research shows that antibody count (titers) is a poor measure of immune system response. In fact, his research shows that women who are revaccinated due to having no titers or have lost titers to a particular virus, are at high risk of having offspring that develop autism. The problem, he says, is with the immune system of the mom and that, rather than revaccinate, low titers in a previously vaccinated mom show that vaccines may have (and will) overwhelm an already compromised immune system!

Dr. Coulter estimates that about two-thirds of the 10,000 annual cases of crib death are vaccine related but he may be conservative. Childhood vaccination rates in Australia dropped by 50% when they became non-mandatory (as it is becoming in many European countries) and SIDS dropped by 50%! In 1975, when Japan moved the vaccination age to two years (American babies receive their first shot at two months) crib death and infantile convulsions virtually disappeared (Cherry et al. 1988, Pediatrics Supplement, p.973). Japan then recorded the lowest incidence of infant mortality in the world.

Coulter, in his book "Vaccination, Social Violence and Criminality," studied the long-term effects of vaccination and he found them related to a single neurological disturbance caused by vaccination: "Autism and SIDS appear to be generated in the same way -- by an encephalitis most commonly caused by vaccination.... The child who would have grown up autistic dies instead of 'sudden infant death syndrome.'"

Bottom line it is about freedom of choice, empowerment, and investigating before you vaccinate. Did you know that SIDS is listed in the pHarmaceutical documents as an adverse reaction.
