Assisting us in coordinating these awards are four outstanding ladies who are Women of Courage in their own right.
Natayla Restivo is a new friend of mine here in Adlandpro.. and she is making herself known in our Community. She has already been nominated to run for POTW.
She is a fairly new citizen of the United States and is established in California. She is promoting her business here in Adlandpro and I admire her courage.
The reason I nominated her to be in this Forum is because I admire her courage.
Natalya grew up in the USSR, behind the Iron Curtain. She went to school to get her B.A. in journalism. She worked on a radio station and also with the press. That job gave her experience with people. She also worked with a publishing firm and that's where she learned computer skills. She enjoyed working both jobs.
Natalya lived in Sevestapol by the Crimean Penisula on the Black Sea Shore. Her life is connected to that city, getting married and giving birth to her son Vladimir. Vladimir is a good student and has been told he'll go far in life. He works as a personal trainer. She gave a short tribute to her husband Richard who encouraged her to get an education and to move to America. He was her soul-mate and best friend, a good father to her son. Richard is now deceased, and she and Vladimir miss him alot.
Natalya gives a lot of credit to her belief in God for helping her making her life a success. After Perestroika was over in Russia, she began to read the Bible and seek out a place to practice her beliefs. Natalya's strong faith is an encouragement to me and others who meet
her. She has a very sweet personality and is also very determined.
She has pursued her nursing career in the United States and has not only a Russian Diploma but also an American Education. She just completed her state boards and is waiting for the results. I cannot imagine having to translate a test from one language to the other in my mind, yet that's what she did! She is wanting to work as an LVN, then planning on becoming a Registered Nurse.
Natalya's proud of her business in the Neways Company and I hope you will check out their products, she will gladly answer any questions. She uses them herself and is happy with the results she has had.

At the end of the bio she sent me, Natalya said . . .
"Before I finish, let me tell you my favorite fairy tale that can help to get to know me better. It's about two frogs. They got into pots full of milk and started fighting to survive. First one gave up and drowned, the other one did not give up; it churned out butter and survived. I am like the other one .
My dear Adland friends, I am so blessed to have you. Thank you!"
Thanks, Natalya for being such a good friend and also a courageous lady, you have overcome a lot of obstacles in your life when you could have just given up.
I hope you all will tell Natalya how much you appreciate her as a member of our community as well as our Woman of Courage.
Thanks so much and God bless you all !
