Same rules as in the past 25 weeks, all NOMINATORS must have their first and last name in the title of their profile, photo of themself, at least one active forum, and have been here for at least 1 month from the date on their profile.

NOMINEES must meet all above requirements, but must have been here for at least 2 months from the date on their profile.

Yes it would be great if people would stop thinking about changing parts of it, it's all necessary.  Nobody would let a doctor amputate a good arm, so why remove any part of a good election plan?  Lots of new and re-activated forums have popped up this week, most of them on their own without being encouraged to do so!  One word, one sentence, one chain reaction, like dominos.

My main objective was to stop the repetitive dot-clicking cheaters, not to help administration.  The voters should know that their vote counts, not be over-ridden by one or ten or more fake votes and then the election team making a Congrats thread for a potentially non-valid winner, I would never waste my time making a Congrats thread for a non-valid election, week after week.
