This
is a recap of the conference call that we had last night. The call was
maxed out, so make sure that you call in early or three way others on
the next call.
ZizBiz is growing at a good pace and new Associates are joining us everyday. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind.
1. ZizBiz anti-spam Policy
ZizBiz has a ZERO TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY towards the sending of spam email,
which is Unsolicited Commercial Email. You are solely responsible for
email received and or sent on your behalf. In the event that you send
spam email to users without their permission, you will immediately be
cancelled as a member of ZizBiz, NO EXCEPTIONS. You understand that
ZizBiz neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or
spam by its members.
2. Associate placement in the Genealogy
Make
sure that your Genealogy Placement is set to the correct position as to
where you would like your new Associates to be placed whenever they
enter your business.
You can do this by logging into your back office and clicking on "Edit
Information" to set it to the correct position. Be sure to click SAVE
once your are finished. ZizBiz will no longer be responsible for
changing any leg placement because the genealogy is growing too rapidly
to make any changes.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
commission Checks
ZizBiz
will be sending out Commission Checks again this week. The checks will
be going out on Friday. We are still working with the IT department on
a few updates before we pay you on the GMC account and that payment
should start on the next commission run starting next week. Make sure
that you have all of your information updated in your back office or
you cannot get paid.
LEADS
We have contracted with a new Leads
Company to provide all of our leads. Every ZizBiz Associate will be
given their own Leads Automated back office system where your leads
will be loaded into your system. You will be able to view, download,
update, change your password and pause your leads with this system.
Everyone that joined ZizBiz from March 26th will be given that system
and all new Associates from that point forward. Everyone else that has
received their leads will be given the system on their renewal
subscription date. This Leads system is valued at $10.95 per month and
your cost is $0.00. ZizBiz will pick up the bill. We will also have
Leads packages available for you to purchase very shortly where you can
load these leads into your leads back office. Those of you that had
leads from March 26th on, should start receiving your leads and system
by Friday.
ZizBiz ClubHouse
The ZizBiz ClubHouse will have a whole new look shortly and you will have something else to talk about to your prospects.
Lots of new stuff will appear with more added features. You will also
be able to report any problems directly from the Clubhouse page and ask
for and receive any lost ID or password. We expect all of this to be
complete by early next week.
