My BA is in Theology, so let me speak from knowledge when I say that a good majority of businesses are being marketed to select individuals, here we have only Christians...

I don't believe the business would turn away your money if you were Atheist but look at it in terms of "nitch marketing".  Just as if I were Asian...and I wanted to market to other Asians, I would promote my ads as "Exclusive Business for Asians".  Mostly, believers or Asians would feel an instant bond of trust when they read the ad...and thus creating a motivating factor to look into the business.  Honestly, you have to give credit to the people who do it, it is brilliant...you have to agree

I agree that it is a brilliant strategy, in utilizing a niche market, but just because it is effective doesn't make it right. Decpetion is deception, no matter who the deceived party is.

And, yes, I realize that money is money, no matter who, or what, the bearer believes in. It all spends the same.
