Hey Donna,

Don't worry so much about the weight gain...it is often hard for women to lose weight...slow loss is key and don't think of it as a diet...it must be baby steps...you should adjust you diet as a permenant thing.

This must be a lifestyle thing...so think closely about how much you can really do...then the weight will melt away and stay away!

Hi Lisa, Thanks for the "pep talk". Sometimes I think I will never lose weight! I am now taking the seaweed capsules bought from Bruce, the seaweed man. He says people who use them start to see some weight loss after 3-5 months of taking them regularly. I will let you know if they work for me. For the first time, I saw an ad about fibromyalgia on TV this evening. I didn't catch the name of the organization sponsoring it. It was really nice to see it mentioned in the media. DonnaZ
