Hi James just wanted to make some points about the Cross. About having personal responsibilty, remember there were many others who died by crucifixion in the first century. It was not that Jesus was painfully crucified that makes him unique- it was that he was crucified for you, in your place. He died on the cross for you. some scriptures to uphold that would be Romans 3:23. Isaiah 59:1-2. Matthew 27:46. Read Isaiah 53:4-6 and substitute your name. The thief on the cross was lucky because he was up there with Jesus beside him as Jesus was still alive in human form. God_bless you. Enjoy your day James, be back in here when i can. Good thread.

Hi Thomas, thank you for sharing these texts. I will get back later tonight. I was called on a trip this morning at 2:00am. Apparently there was some kind of accident up near Holland, Mi. They called me to transport 3 Drs from Pittsburgh up to Holland, where they did surgery for 3 hours, then I returned them back to Pittsburgh, then came back here to Morristown, Tn. I've not had much sleep, so I must get some now. Please continue to leave your posts, and I will attend to them when I get up. Thank you all!!

Thanks James for that info. Everyone alright? lately we have been having natural disasters here in north county San Diego, mud slides and a very unstable hill with houses already colapts a week ago and has dont the same back in 1962 when these houses were built. Nobody really hurt thank God but what a shame to watch these people who havent learned there lesson from the first time? When you read this post i hope you had a nice rest my friend, and one other thing i want to mention, how long does it take to get from Pitt to Holland? Then from Pitt to Morristown?

Steven, thanks for sharing Isaiah 40:31. It's one of my favorites, and the graphic is cool!

Hi Thomas, as you well know, the Bible speaks of  end-time pestilences. In Southern California, seems they've always had trouble with mudslides, especially when it rains for days. I hope you weren't anywhere near any of those!

Matthew 24:7  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

From Pittsburgh, Pa. to Holland, Mi. is a grand total of about 45 minutes in a Learjet. From Pittsburgh to Morristown, Tn.  it take about 55 minutes!
