By nature, most consumers do not like to have their credit checked. Whether your credit is positive or negative, credit checks are unavoidable during traditional post-pay (“billed”) cellular service acquisition & activation process.

What about online purchasing & credit checks? For some consumers, this subject causes uncertainty and discomfort. In reality, it’s a matter of perspective. Regardless, this uneasiness is common and precludes many from taking advantage of our service and the low phone prices that we feature.

So what is the answer? The answer is a combination of experiencing the convenience of shopping online with the option and privacy of processing your order by telephone.

Be prepared to share your address, drivers’ license or state identification, credit card & social security information. Most consumers question the purpose, rightfully so. The reasons range from confirming your identity to setting up your account, i.e. billing. Certainly, you would not want someone else acquiring service in your name, purposely or accidentally. Receiving and paying your bill on time ensures uninterrupted service.
