	Hi Everyone, We are making a good start to 2007 and the 78th POTW poll is now up for voting. Everyone wants this to be a happy Community - let's have a change of plan! The POTW is our chance to give recognition to a friend at AdlandPro who makes a positive contribution to the Community. Maybe they do it on forum and maybe they do it behind the scenes. If you usually vote - this is a reminder. If you dont - it's time for a change of plan! These are NOT political elections or power contests - just our way of saying thanks to someone who makes AdlandPro a better place to network. It looks like most people are already getting positive already. (You dont have to say who you choose - that way noone feels left out. - just my personal opinion) Use your right to vote - all the people on the list have been nominated by you! 	Hi Jenny, Thanks for the reminder, and I don't think I could have said it any better about POTW because as you and others know I used to think it was a specialist group of members, but now I know it isnt. Best Wishes John.

	Hi John, Love your post. What do you mean POTWs arent special?!!!!! Of course we are! Dont you remember that lovely fuzzy feeling when you won? lol I even shed a tear that people had been so wonderful to me. (blush). What we aren't is an elitist clique with a closed membership - or more special than anyone else. Anyone who has done something good for their friends and the Community can be nominated by any member. And every member of AdlandPro can vote. And I hope that a lot more do vote in future. Love Jenny

	Hello Jenny, I personally feel the reason we have POTW is to recognise the community spirit and that is exactly what you are displaying now. That's why you are in the POTW Team. As a recent addition to the team I in no way feel elite. I just do what I do for the best of Adland and the people have responded by voting for me. I personally feel POTW is a very important part of the community as praise is so welcome in life to everyone. To be rewarded by the people of Adland is something very special and I am proud to be part of the team. Thank you for raising the awareness and could you please let me know when the next POTW rave up is? By the way people if you didn't believe in Angels may I introduce you to Jenny!
