The "test" won't work, because those metals will leave a dark streak on a piece of paper with or without the lipstick present.

Funny thing about this kind of information, people don't check the facts on it. Notice that even though you mentioned in your original post that this one is a hoax, this thread is filled with messages like "thanks for the warning" and "I'll remember that test." Despite the fact you already said it's a hoax, people skip that and go straight to the scary, sensational info. This is how rumors and panic spread, and demonstrates the true power of false information.
