Luella May, the only point I have is the one I see when I look in the mirror in the morning. Remember the dunce hats the kids had to wear in school when they were put in the corner - well mine fit perfectly and never fell off - LOL

Hey Lawton, I'll tell you what, I have a five tier stunt kite that was given to me by my father and with my back problems I don't know what he was thinking and you have a RC car that you don't want so maybe we have a sale of exchange here -LOL

Hey, Nick, whaddaya mean by saying that I have a car I don't want?!  I bought that sucker to play with!

BTW, I do like to build kites.  When I was a kid, I used to feel sorry for the kids who went to the 5 and dime and bought a 2-stick Hi-Flyer for 5 cents.  (I really think that it was 5 cents, but it may have been 10 cents.)  I made my own out of sticks sawn from an apple crate, and covered with paper cut from a large grocery sack.  The only kites I ever bought were box kites for 35 cents.

I was going to show my oldest grandson how to make a 3-stick kite.  No apple crates!  I had to use 3 small-diameter dowels.
