Let me introduce the most awesome group of team mates anyone could ever have! Not only are they my very good friends, but I also have the pleasure of working with them to bring this forum to all of you, each and every week;

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:

1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.

2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.

3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.

4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example

5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work

So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. The name Carl is derived from the Germanic word 'karl'. which means "man". However, an alternative theory states that the name is derived from the common Germanic element 'heri' meaning "army, warrior".  I'm very humbled to have this honor. Thank you very much! I'm not very good at writing Bio's but here it goes:

My name is Carl Haavaldsen. I am a father of 3, grandfather of 2 and have a loving wife that puts up with a Network Marketer. I have lived in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada all my life and enjoy traveling Alberta as it is very scenic. The Rocky Mountains are only a few hours away and our family enjoys our vacations there every summer. I love hockey, fishing, golf and spending quality time with my family.

I am a professional marketer. I have been marketing for over 20 yrs and online since 1986. I have been down the battered paths, walked the golden roads and have made a fulltime living online for the past 4 years.

I enjoy life to the fullest and spending the time watching my family grow. I have enjoyed the past few years in Adland and I will enjoy many more years to come as our Adland family grows.
