Hi David, Based on what I have seen, read and heard about Lindas' hosting services I wouldn't hesitate to host with her (and will be in the near future with our project). Another firm that I have hosted with past and present is www.thenetnow.com (London, Ontario). I have our company website (where I work) as well as my greeting card website hosted with them. As for their hosting rates, I beleive they are a little higher (but I would have to check to be sure). They also provide really good service and perhaps one of the factors we've been with them so long. The bottom line though is determined by what needs you have for hosting your site. It's really hard to recommend something unless we knew exactly what services you needed. Hope that helps a little. :-)

I would like to contribute one little thought in regards to this issue: No to NT yes to UNIX almost everything else is Chrome. That should help a lot.

Thanks for the replies. I think I have found my answer. Quite by accident. I had a few years ago (would you believe back in the dial up days) dealt with a local company call Uniserve. I was always very happy with them and moved on to ISDN with them but left when they were slow to bring adsl. I talked to them today and they have got quite competative. Hosting either via Windows or Unix based server (you choose) for as little as 4.95 CDN per month. Thier 14.95 per month package looks good for me. http://www.uniserve.com
