I'm not too keen on StormPay either, but they are not to blame for my missing money. StormPay CANNOT issue a charge back unless 12DP requests it. 12DP requested a chargeback for the money they had paid me for my first upgrade period. They sent me the money I earned, and then took it back a week or so later (this morning).

12DP has commited fraud. They guarantee a 12% return on all funds paid in. They did not return 12% of my money, by not allowing me to surf the required amount of sites within the upgrade period. That is fraud, and no TOS can protect any program from commiting fraud. StormPay cannot just arbitrarily remove funds from someone's account. That is not legal. They can freeze funds, but they cannot remove them from an account. The only way for StormPay to be able to take funds from my account, or anyone elses, for that matter, is for 12DP to request a chargeback. 12DP requested a chargeback of all the funds they'd paid me. That is theft. They had no reason to request that chargeback. I am not the seller here, I am the buyer. They are responsible to me, not the other way around. They can't take what I have earned. (StormPay should not have approved the chargeback either.) StormPay allowed 12DP to steal from my account. 12DP is blaming all of the missing funds on StormPay, to cover themselves while they finish stealing all the money they can and running. I joined 12DP to investigate it, and experience it first hand, in order to write a review on it. That being said, my comments and articles regarding 12DP are my findings, based on my experience. Regardless of whether or not I am investigating a program, if they rip me off, I will take the necessary steps to have them stopped before they can hurt a whole bunch of other people. The amount of money that I lost is not at issue, because it was a very small amount. What is at issue here is that if they can do it to me, they can and will do it to others, as many others as they can. When it gets too hot in the kitchen, they'll pack up and head to Tahiti, and they'll do it with the money of others who fell into their trap.

Hello Trina! Hopefully we'll find out soon what's really going on here. All I know is the StromPay's site is down right now but 12DP is still up and running. I had never heard anything negative about 12DP until your post today so I have a little more faith in 12DP than I do on StormPay. I've heard plenty of negative things about StormPay for a while now and will never do business with them again if I don't get my money back, even then I'm going to avoid using them if I can help it. 12DP hasn't been around long enough for there to be any BBB reports on them, and they certainly seem to have their membership fooled. There site is still active because they know that if they take it down, everyone will know they're a scam, and they stand a better chance of getting busted. As soon as they are finished taking everyone's money, they will disappear. For all we know, they already have. There is no way to contact the those who operate 12DP. They've hidden their contact information by privatizing their registration, and the support desk is not being answered. Rather than refunding my money like I told them to do, they took the money they paid me, back out of my stormpay account. Stormpay is most likely off line because of DOS. So many people are trying to get into their stormpay accounts, that their server cannot handle it. I imagine that they are also really racking up the bandwidth charges too. Honestly... I hope both companies get shut down and run out of town on a rail. Trina
