	Hi all, I am using every means possible to get things done for our up coming fund raiser. Above is a donation form that I made out giving as much information about the event as possible and including the tax exempt Federal I.D. so people can get credit for their donations. 	This has been a very exhausting three months. I have worked on this project for at least twelve hours a day and have gotten very little support thus far. Epilepsy is the least funded cause in the U.S. Government, yet it affects more people in the U.S. more than any other disease combined. Every single person that reads this knows at least one person that lives with Epilepsy. My wife Shirley and I have been promoting this cause alone, because no one seems to want to help. Our event for this cause will be Saturday, November 15, 2014 and we need at least $250.00 for the deposit on the hall soon, or we will lose the hall. People chip in $50.00 to $100.00 for the Democratic campaign or the Republican campaign, but no one seems to have the money to help find a cure for Epilepsy. Therefore, I am going to appeal to you one last time. I am not going to ask you for $50.00, $100.00, or $500.00 for our campaign. For everyone that knows at least one person that suffers with Epilepsy, if you could mail us either a $1.00 bill or a $5.00 bill, it could ad up. address it to; Epilepsy Attn: Michael J. 	Hi Joyce, Thank you so much for doing that for me. I am getting exhausted with this project, but I won't give up unless I really have to. It is just too important. There are way too many in our country alone that are ignored or pushed aside because they suffer with Epilepsy and I don't think it is fair.
