Flash Note: I have used this program for 2 years now every single day that I use my computer. It is Much Better and Faster than the Defrag that comes with Windows OS.

DeskPins can be used to make any application topmost, that is, to keep it above all other windows. Just grab a pin from the DeskPins icon in the system notification area (a.k.a. taskbar tray) and click on any window. This functionality is identical to the "Always on Top" setting found in some programs.

FlashNote: I have used this program going on 5 years now. You will be able to Keep any window including Notepad on top of all the other windows until you Remove the Pin in the top of the window. Great Program that I use almost everday. Takes very Little of your Ram to run.

A Ruler for Windows lets you layer one or more rulers on your screen at once.
The ruler can be flipped horizontally or vertically, resized to an exact length or resized by dragging it to a desired length.

The numbering can be reversed and the ruler length can be toggled on and off.

Ticks can be placed on which ever long edge you prefer. You can click on a tick to have a measuring line automatically drawn at an exact location.

Special 2x, 3x, and 4x modes allow you to take a snapshot of your primary screen and magnify it to more easily measure between very fine points.

As you can see through the clear plastic ruler you can even continue typing under it.

FlashNote: I have used this program a few times when I have a file that the System will not let me delete normally. It comes in handy a lot of times. Watch what you are deleting and don't delete the Wrong File. It could make your computer Very Sick where a Tech would have to give it a Pill!!
