Broccoli,Chicken and Rice Casserole

1 box UNCLE Ben's CHIEF'S RECIPE broccoli Rice
Au Gratin Supreme
2 cups boiling water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breaste ( about 1 pound)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese


1. Heat oven to 425 F in 13x9 inch baking pan, combine rice and contents of seasoning packet. Add boiling water; mix well. Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic power. Cover and bake 30 minutes.

2. Add broccoli and cheese; continue to bake, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or untill chicken is no longer pink in center.

Calories: 353 Calories from Fat: 24%, Total Fat: 10g
Saturated Fat: 5g, Cholesterol: 87mg, Sodium: 778mg
Carbohydrate: 31g, Fiber: 3g, Protein: 37g

Your recipe for broccoli, chicken, and rice sounds like a winner. I love chicken and am always looking for new ways to fix it.
