The Holy Bible says,

He (God) says to the snow, 'Fall on the earth,' ...

So that all men he has made may know his work, ...

(Job 37:6-7).

As the rain and the snow come down from heaven,

and do not return to it without watering the earth ....

(Isaiah 55:10).

He spreads the snow like wool and scatters the frost like ashes. ( Psalm 147:16).
