Okay, you have to start with a quality website and product to get "good" results.  After all, anybody can drive thousands of visitors to a website page selling used toilet paper!

The important thing is to drive "interested" people, i.e. targeted website traffic, to your site.  You also have to give them a little time to actually look your site over, and then get them involved in reacting to your site.

I have used LinkReferral.com for years to create quality traffic and make sales.  It takes a few minutes a day, unless you want to pay for some of their services, but it has been well worth it to me.
