That jerky is quite good! Thanks for coming by...and "No" I haven't heard back from Mary. You are quite right to suggest the 2nd place winner should get the award since the winner hasn't claimed it. I did email Mary a couple of times, so maybe she just didn't want to receive an award for her entry. I'm not sure why, but that's alright. The award was just something I thought of to help promote the businesses of anyone who had participated in the Unique and Unusual Picture forum thread.

Okay, then we'll go with the runner up, which was a great picture too. I'll give you a hint....it came from the week when we posted "Unique and Unusual houses." Can you guess which one?

Since I can't post photos here, I'll have to figure out how to get the photo(s) posted here. Hmmm. Let me get back to you on that.

Great to see you and thanks for posting your comments and pictures. Unfortunately, Mary hasn't responded to my emails to claim her prize. So...at Pat's suggestion we are going to move to the 2nd place winner and go ahead and award the prize. It's all in fun anyway & my desire was to have a lot of participation and we did have that. Mary's picture was a beautiful picture of white tiger hugging the man. I'm glad she submitted it.

Now, the winner that is going to receive the prize is Sara Gardner Blow, for her submission of the wonderfully weird design of the garden of the "Shell House" from the week when we were sharing pictures of "Unique or Unusual Houses."

Since I can' t post photos for some reason now, I will have to ask someone else to post it here to acknowledge it as the winning photo. Anyway...CONGRATULATIONS Sara! Great picture of the "Shell House." Thanks for sharing that. Please pm me and let me know what you want to choose from the choices I emailed you.

Sara...CONGRATULATIONS my friend! Your photo of the "Shell House" was the runner up for the photo contest. You will be receiving the award since the first place winner didn't claim their prize.

Like I said in the prior post to Georgios, I can't post photos any longer for some reason so, I will just have to congratulate you and tell you which picture won. I will figure a way to get it posted here. PM me to let me know what your choice is for the award. If I didn't mention it before in the forum threads (I think I did but in case I didn't) the prize is up to $20 US dollars worth of products. Cheryl, thank you for notifying me. This is the winning photo and I don't feel right accepting a prize, even as runner up. I am trying to get in touch with Mary, hopefully she will be back with me today. You know I support this forum and think it is a wonderful idea. Let me try, again.
