I often say this in my full time job. Some people get all upset and angry because a decision they made upset one or two people. They seem to miss the fact out of 70 staff...that's dam good!! Try to please the majority and leave it at that. But actually if you act in a way that is caring, loving and always looking out for others...the pleasing will follow without any effort.
