Linda, I have to say that it is more than just gratitude. Reading your forums and on Day 4 of Dr. Anthony's E-course, I am begining to see the light. I also just got thru reading Jill's Story. All these courses and forums are begining to help me relize some inner turmoil that I didn't even know was there. If I seem grateful it is because my heart is healing :)
