Simple goods of GodBy Serafin Alarcon- Daddy, come and see cartoon strips with me…Those were the words that my son Diego spoke to me almost an hour ago. My work as a missioner and preacher gives me the opportunity to be with him occasionally all morning. For me is a gift from God to do that. Sometimes we fail to see the simple pleasures of life, every so often we miss pass and forget the basics of living a simple and godly enrich existence. Christ in each plain tiny moment is remembering us that life is short and we have to live it gladly. -! Daddy!Is him again… What should I do? I know is not his voice… I believe is the lord reminding me to rest, to enjoy his overwhelming affection through my son. So I say to my self: Today I will enjoy the simple goods of God.Ecclesiastes 8:15So I commend the enjoyment of life, because nothing is better for a man under the sun than to eat and drink and be glad.
