	My kind of recipe....quick and easy. Delicious Pot Roast 1 Boneless 3-4 pound chuck roast 1 package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix 1 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted Instructions: Place meat in lightly greased baking or roasting pan. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat and spread the mushroom soup over all. Cover with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 6-8 hours. This could also be made in a crock pot and cooked for 8 hours.
